Short version: we only collect what you send us in a form or email, we use it to reply about your project, and we don't sell it, use it for marketing lists or track you with analytics or advertising cookies.
What we collect
- Enquiry forms: your name, email, brand or business name, website or social handle, the service and package you pick, your message, any links you share, and your consent to be contacted.
- Emails and messages you send us directly.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider logs automatically to keep the site working and secure (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested).
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver the work you book, and keep records needed for invoices and taxes. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in responding to it, or the contract once you book.
Who processes it
- Hosting: the site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes request data (such as your IP address) to serve pages and keep the site secure.
- Spam protection: the forms use a hidden field and a timing check, which need no extra personal data.
- Email delivery: Formspree delivers your enquiry to our inbox. It stores the message as part of sending it.
- Email: Google Workspace stores our correspondence with you.
Fonts are hosted on this site, so no font provider receives your data. This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It stores one small preference in your browser (whether you've already seen the intro animation), which never leaves your device.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to reply and for our records. Project and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@fliqra.com or use the contact page and say what you'd like. If you're in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

We'll update this page if anything changes and show the date at the top. Fliqra.
