Short version: we agree the scope, price, timeline and rights in writing before starting. Nothing extra is charged without your approval. If you have a signed project agreement with us, it takes precedence over this page.
1. Booking and payment
Scope, deliverables, rights, timeline and payment are agreed in writing before work starts. Every project is one-time: 50% to start, 50% on delivery. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. All prices are in US dollars (USD); taxes and any approved extras are separate. An estimate, quote or form submission is not a confirmed booking.
2. UGC video ads
- The AI UGC Ad Pack is $599 one-time: 4 scroll-stopping vertical video ads (9:16), each with its own hook, script and voiceover, ready for TikTok, Reels and Meta. Delivered in 5 days, with 1 revision round.
- How our videos are made: we produce them with AI video tools and professional editing. The people in the videos are not real customers or creators, and the videos are not a creator or customer endorsement.
- You are responsible for disclosing AI-generated or AI-altered content wherever an ad platform's rules or the law require it (for example, platform AI labels or advertising disclosure rules in your market).
- Ad spend is always paid by you directly to the ad platform.
3. Websites
- The Premium Website starts at $599 one-time: up to 5 pages, mobile-first, with light motion, a contact form and basic SEO, live on your domain. Delivered in 7 days, with 2 revision rounds. Extra pages or features are quoted in writing first.
- You supply your content (text, photos, logo) or we agree copywriting or photo help as an extra.
- Domain names and third-party services (hosting, email) are paid by you and registered in your name unless agreed otherwise.
4. Automations
- The Business Automation starts at $499 one-time setup and covers one repetitive workflow (bookings, order updates, lead follow-up, review requests or CRM entry). Delivered in 7 days.
- Software the automation runs on is set up in accounts you own and billed by its provider directly to you.
5. Revisions and delivery
Revision rounds are as stated for each service, within the approved scope, requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. Delivery days count from approval of the brief and receipt of your assets. Additional revisions, new concepts or changes to an approved design or script need a separate quote. Fixing our own mistakes never counts as your revision.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel in writing before work begins for a refund of amounts paid, less any disclosed and approved costs that can't be recovered. Once work starts, completed work and committed costs are payable and any unearned balance is returned. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. Rights and responsibilities
- The rights agreed in your scope to the final approved videos, website or automation take effect after full payment, subject to any talent, music or stock licences.
- Raw project files are not included unless agreed.
- You confirm you hold the rights to materials you send us, and that product claims in your ads are accurate and can be supported.
- We only show your project in our portfolio with your permission.
8. No guaranteed results
We deliver the agreed ads, websites and automations. We do not guarantee views, sales, bookings, rankings or return on ad spend, because those also depend on your offer, audience, budget and media buying. Media buying and campaign management are not included unless agreed.
